We are not liable for any damages rising out of your use of the Application.
The Application might not work properly if the Internet connection is limited or not available.
You are solely responsible for any charges from your Mobile Operator or any applicable third parties for access to their network connection services while you are using the Application.
If you are not the bill payer we assume you have a permission from the bill payer to use the device on which the Application is installed.
You agree that we may communicate with you by electronic means to your mobile device. We may inform you about our products, new features or general useful information about the Application usage.
We are not responsible for any support or maintenance for the Application.
We do not warrant that the Application will be free from all bugs or errors.
We do not warrant the accuracy of the data.
We do not warrant that the Application will accomplish all your objectives.
All intellectual property rights of any nature are owned by Us or our licensors.
We may stop providing the Application without giving notice of termination to you.
A purchase amount will be applied to your iTunes account on confirmation. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
You will be automatically billed for the full amount at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel within 24-hours before the end of the free trial period.
